The Position: Full time positionPrepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and eventsUphold catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and maintain a strong focus on waste reductionSupport kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controlsProvide exceptional customer service during all interactionsThe Person: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.Licence and transport to access site, no public transportProven experience in large commercial kitchens.Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organizational success.Benefits:
