SALARY AND WORK SCHEDULE DETAILS - Salary: Above 75,000 AUD per year - Job Type: Full-time - Shift and Schedule: Weekend availability, Rotating roster (Monday to Friday) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Responsibilities: - Prepare and plate high-quality hot and cold dishes for customers.
- Ensure clean and safe work practices in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Report to the Head Chef.
Accountabilities: - Lead by example, upholding standards and procedures.
- Oversee meal preparation to meet required standards.
- Focus on exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Comply with Accreditation standards related to hospitality services.

- Manage stock control and rotation to minimize wastage.
- Oversee stock-takes and equipment maintenance.
- Perform kitchen cleaning duties.

- Order food stock within budget.
- Check food supply deliveries.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with policies.
- Manage rubbish removal and environmental concerns.
- Oversee kitchen setup, cleanup, and additional tasks.
