Chef Permanent full-time opportunity at Ramsay Clinic Caloundra. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our vibrant and friendly catering team!
About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation for patients, staff, and functions. Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:
Cold Larder Preparation and handling of foodPreparation & Cooking of mealsUnderstanding of patient dietary requirementsEnsuring a clean environment is maintainedDaily completion of food and safety log sheets and compliance with food safety & HACCPOrdering of food & supplies and stock rotation.Your Skills and Experience Certificate in Commercial CookingMinimum 2 years' experience as a ChefAbility to cater to a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirementsMust have a thorough understanding of allergy management practicesAbility to work in a multicultural and diverse workplacePrevious healthcare setting experience will be highly regarded although not essential.Remuneration A base hourly rate ranging from $32.22 - $33.80 + superannuation, based on relevant experience and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Support Services Level 3 Yr1-4).
