Work closely with management to help curate seasonal and innovative menus.
Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Manage inventory, stock, and order supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Train and support kitchen staff, promoting a harmonious team environment.
Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
Requirements : 2-3 years of experience in Indian cuisine, with knowledge of traditional spices and cooking techniques.
Relevant qualifications (Cert IV or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.
