Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes, ensuring consistent quality, flavor, and presentation.

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and place orders to maintain kitchen efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, following all relevant health and industry regulations.
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance kitchen performance.
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in an Indian restaurant or with a similar cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of authentic Indian cooking methods and flavor profiles.
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or a relevant Culinary Diploma.
Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
