Chef Fulltime

Right Applicant must have Menu design, food and labor cost management, and maintaining budget control.
Supervision of food preparation stages to ensure high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Collaboration with managerial staff and the service team.
Hands-on training and guidance for kitchen staff.
Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
Management of food storage and waste reduction Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is required, with a Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
Minimum one year of experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in food safety regulations, kitchen management, and menu planning Owners Brian & Sharon and there team is seeking a Chef that is self motivated, eager to work hard in making that great dining experience.
8 hour shifts, 5 Days week lunch & Dinner Must be able to speak fluent English and TRANSPORT essential.
