The Savannah Bar & Restaurant is the newest addition to Knotts Crossing Resort. This exciting modern bar & restaurant focus on bringing the customers great outback dining experience by offering innovative menu including daily specials, professional mixed cocktails, fine wines, and cold beer. Chef Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per annum Job – Type: Full-Time About this role We are looking for a motivated, passionate and innovative chef to deliver exceptional and unique food experiences to our guests. You need to have 2 years' experience of cooking in a kitchen, able to cook food based on customer's orders and requirements and deliver exceptional quality dishes to our guests. Candidates need to be able to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

You will provide the highest levels of customer service at the resort's reception as well as provide guidance and training to other staff of lower grade. Candidates must be able to work shift work including on weekends and public holidays.

Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Reporting: Prepare reports on departmental performance, including staff productivity, room readiness, and any maintenance issues that require attention. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate housekeeping efforts, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Problem-Solving: Handle any issues or emergencies that arise in the housekeeping department, maintaining a calm and effective response. You will be responsible for gardening, greenkeeping, repairing and maintenance work involving a broad range of tasks. To work with us as a gardener you will need to have experience in a similar role, be reliable, be able to work outdoors during the days. You must be committed to ensuring our gardens and surrounds meet the high standards of presentation that we want our guests to experience during their stay.
Requirement: Completed a recognized trade qualification, or standard industry training such as certificate III in parks and gardens, landscaping and greenkeeping or will have not less than three years' experience in practical horticulture.
