Requirements A MINIMUM 3 (THREE) YEARS of experience as a Chef IN STEAKHOUSE and FINE SEAFOOD restaurants 2 years of formal education in commercial cookery.
EXCELLENT communication (English) A strong understanding of various cooking techniques, methods, and AUSTRALIAN cuisine.  Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
