About the OpportunityThe opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for contributing to the effective kitchen operations and working in a values led team environment. Our talented team of chefs, operate a variety of kitchens throughout the resort, including the large main production kitchen, a busy conference & events space for large groups, and various restaurant kitchens, to create dishes made from high quality produce. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and memorable food experience to our guests. This could be just the right role for you?Reporting to the Sous Chef, your key responsibilities for the role include: Produce a consistent high quality product & standard Maintain equipment, utensils and a clean & hygienic kitchen Rotate stock, ensuring minimal wastage Work well in a team environment and follow directions from senior chefs Follow WHS, policies and procedures Full availability and flexibility is required to work a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends & public holidays. Our multiple kitchens cater for breakfast through to dinner service, late night IRD and large C&E groups.
