RACV Cape Schanck Resort is currently on the lookout for an experienced and responsible Chef De Partie | Pizzaiolo who specialises in wood fire pizza's to join their busy team on a Full Time basis.
You'll be essential in assisting our Chefs with the running of the kitchen.
A day in the life: You will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade.
So, we're looking for someone who can oversee a section independently in a fast-paced environment with the ability to also support other areas where required.
You'll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and cuisine, predominately specialising in the creation of wood fire pizza's to create the ultimate guest experience in our Mantelina Restauraunt.. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.
Our talented team of chefs, operate in a large commercial kitchen servicing multiple outlets in the resort.
Our kitchen brigade works to create dishes made from high quality produce sourced from local suppliers.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and memorable food experiences to our guests.
