The Opportunity We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals for Chef de Partie (Casual / FT) roles to assist with the execution of Massimo Mele's menu, which gives Italian cuisine a local Tasmanian twist. The menu has a produce-driven philosophy – simple, uncomplicated, and seasonally changing, using quality ingredients where the local produce is the hero.
