Hospitality is a work of heart.Join us and become a Heartist. Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our amazing Pastry Kitchen team. You will work in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen, crafting exquisite desserts and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Prepare and present a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.Collaborate with the Pastry Chef to develop and innovate new menu items.Ensure that all mise en place is ready and of the highest standard before service.Oversee the junior members of the pastry team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the pastry section.Manage stock, orders, and inventory for the pastry section, ensuring minimal waste.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the pastry kitchen.QualificationsProven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a hotel environment.Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.Creativity and flair in creating desserts that impress and delight.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.Additional InformationCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and dynamic work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
