We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to enhance our creative culinary team and curate memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior chefs while guiding and training junior chefs. Assist in food preparation, adhering to our ethos of minimal to zero food wastage. Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, contributing creative ideas. Maintain high-quality standards during busy service. Foster positive relationships between back of house and front of house. Uphold HACCP standards and impeccable hygiene practices. Accommodate "off the menu" guest requests with flexible alternatives. Stay updated with menu developments and production techniques. Qualifications: 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a bustling kitchen. Passion for creating high-quality dishes that delight guests. Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail. High standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
