What you can expect in a day in this role: As a full time Chef De Partie, you will provide leadership and supervision across daily operations whilst demonstrating commitment and dedication to excellence.
What you will bring to the role: Previous experience in a similar settingA passion for working with high-quality ingredients to create exceptional dishesStrong communication skills and the ability to lead a busy teamPositive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solvingFlexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidaysAn appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
