Join a long-established, authentic Italian restaurant in the picturesque beach town of Torquay. Specialising in fresh seafood, pasta, and pizza, we're seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to become part of the talented kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, with a focus on seafood, pasta, and pizza.
Assist in the development and refinement of daily specials, featuring seasonal ingredients.
Maintain high standards of food presentation and consistency across all stations.
Oversee the preparation of fresh pizza dough, ensuring authenticity and quality.
Manage stock levels for your section, including fresh seafood and other key ingredients.
Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly during service.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed in the kitchen.

Requirements:
