Paper Scissors Rock Brew Co has a position available for a Chef de Partie to join the kichen team at our rapidly evolving microbrewery in Victoria's popular tourism hub of Halls Gap, in the Grampians National Park.
Paper Scissors Rock Brew Co is located on the Main Street in Halls Gap and has enjoyed immediate success since its opening in April, 2019.
We proudly brew all our beer on site, which is only rivalled by a line up of amazing menu items for our guests to enjoy while admiring the majestic mountains that surround this little brew pub.
With regional tourism booming, we are seeking to find the right person to compliment an already outstanding team.
The kitchen crew pump out high quality, seasonally inspired dishes.
We are searching for someone who has the energy, passion and skill to contribute to this team.
Appropriate qualifications and experience is needed to apply for this position.
You will need to be self disciplined and able to work in a small fast paced environment.
We are seeking another creative mind to add to our team of forward thinkers, who are collectively making their stamp on the regions evolving food scene.
We are a close knit team who work well together and have fun with what we do.

We are ultimately seeking a full time chef, however we would also welcome anyone looking for a casual position to apply.
