We, D&K Brothers Pty Ltd are a dynamic, rapidly growing company located in Sydney who offers hospitality and catering service

We are seeking an experience Chef de Partie to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards.
Supervise and motivate the junior kitchen staff, ensuring all preparations are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role minimum 2 years in a reputable kitchen.
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
A culinary Diploma or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary: Minimum $73,150 to $80,000 per year plus superannuation

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent, 38 hours per week

Work Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)
