Join the team at Hilton Adelaide! We're looking for a Chef de Partie to take charge of a kitchen section, oversee food preparation, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll train staff, contribute to menu planning, and maintain high food and safety standards.
What You'll be doing: Preparing food efficiently, economically, and hygienicallySupporting kitchen operations and ensuring timely servicePlanning and prepping high-quality food for the restaurant, functions and other outletsMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene, following food safety standards (HACCP, FSMS)Assisting with inventory, off-site events, and kitchen-related tasksCollaborating with other departments to maintain high standardsMonitoring food quality, portion control, and ensuring efficient use of ingredientsTraining team members and supervising their performanceWhat We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen, ideally in a 5-star hotel or top-tier restaurantFull Australian working rightsStrong cooking skills and knowledge of food safetyAble to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, and solve problems calmlyLeadership and training skills, with a positive attitude and a team-focused approachExcellent communication and a passion for food trendsAvailability for shifts, including nights and weekendsWe do not offer sponsorship opportunitiesWe look forward to explaining in detail the range of magnificent benefits that you would expect from a global hotel organisation like Hilton Worldwide.
