The resort comprises of guest rooms, suites and villas.DepartmentHarrisons restaurant are currently seeking 1 new Casual CDP's to join their team. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: •Working with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef deliver an exceptional standard of fine-dining meals consistently •Take ownership for designated dining period and work effectively alongside the front of house team •Efficient and effective work style with high levels of food standard and compliance with HACCP at all times •Provide training for new and existing associates in the required skills and knowledge •Undertake and supervise daily food preparation in anticipation and response of service requirementsAll applicants must have valid working rights to work in Australia.
