Chef De Partie

The Role Reporting to the Executive Chef, we are looking for a talented Chef De Partie with a strong background in fine dining to join our renowned and Restaurant of the Year 2024 award winning UMA.
As a key member of the kitchen team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experience to our guests.
In this role you will: Ensure that foods are prepared, cooked and presented according to the menu, recipe and according to the Hotel Safe Food & Hygiene Standards  Follow standards of presentation, quality and portion control in line with the outlets menu presentation folder, recipes and guidelines given by the chef in charge  Prepare order lists for all food items relevant to section and monitors the quality of food items received on a daily basis  Assist in menu development, bringing fresh ideas and contributing to the creation of innovative and seasonal dishes Take responsibility for a high standard of cleanliness of the immediate work area and the kitchen as a whole e.g.
benches, shelves and drawers.
Ensure cleaning practices are followed and comply with the Hotels Safe Food & Hygiene Standards  Manage inventory and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain freshness and minimise wastage .
Talent Profile About You Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail ensuring each dishes are presented consistently to the kitchen manuals.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
At least 1 year of working experience in a fine dining restaurant Benefits Discounted staff parking.
