Pepe's Italian & Liquor, an iconic and established CBD restaurant, are seeking a dynamic, self driven Chef de Partie to join our high volume, fast paced venue on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will have proven experience, be product driven, focused on guest satisfaction while being part of an open minded, respectful team.
Applicants should have the necessary commercial cookery trade qualifications plus six years experience in a similar role.
