Chef de Partie at Hyatt House South Melbourne An exciting pre-opening opportunity exists for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Hyatt House South Melbourne. This role offers the unique chance to be part of launching the Hyatt House brand in Australia, with the hotel scheduled to open at the beginning of 2025. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting the Duty Manager – Food & Beverage with the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel's kitchens, through the supervision of your team members and creating Melbourne best dishes and experiences. This is a great opportunity in a pre-opening team for someone who is willing to contribute in successfully setting up finance department and enthusiastic about learning/acquiring new skills.
