Job Description Chef de Partie is trade qualified and engaged to perform general or specialised cooking, butchering, baking or pastry cooking duties Controls general and specialised duties including supervision and training of other kitchen employees operates a section of kitchen and ensure that food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes / standards.
Qualifications •Formal training from a culinary school or equivalent program.
•Experience with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen costs effectively.
• Experience working closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
