Chef De Partie

The role consists of: Produce and maintain consistently high level of food preparation & presentation A la carte restaurant, tapas menus, and function menu's Hands on across all areas of the kitchen, including function or offsite events Work under direction of Head Chef, to assist with smooth daily operations, along with fresh, new and exciting promotions or creative alternatives are implemented A flexible roster, across 7 days including nights and weekends Skills and Experience: The successful applicant will possess the following skills: Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
Strong a la carte experience in pans and grill sections Work as a positive, professional, team member with a 'can-do' attitude across all areas of the kitchen Trade qualifications, including Food Safety Certificate Good communication skills Strong product knowledge, and attention to details / consistency Good understanding of food safety requirements & standards for maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment A real team player: our Team works closely together to achieve excellence for our members, and guests Ability to smile until the end of service!
