We are seeking a full-time Chef de partie.
The successful applicant must have: A Certificate III in commerical cookery.
Previous experience in Chef de partie role Great work ethic and loves what they do.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards.
Ability to work as part of team as well as unsupervised.
Have experience in high turnover, restaurant/bistro and function service.
Available for an immediate start.
