Chef De Partie

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a hardworking, passionate, and fun-loving team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a commitment to the role, and a passion for food preparation and presentation.


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, strong a la carte experience, and trade qualifications, including a Food Safety Certificate. They will be able to work as a positive, professional team member with a 'can-do' attitude, and have good communication skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities: Produce and maintain consistently high levels of food preparation and presentation Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including a la carte restaurant, tapas menus, and function menus Assist with smooth daily operations, including fresh, new, and exciting promotions or creative alternatives Work a flexible roster, including nights and weekends Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Strong a la carte experience in pans and grill sections Trade qualifications, including Food Safety Certificate Good communication skills Strong product knowledge and attention to detail Good understanding of food safety requirements and standards for maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our kitchen.
