You will be a creative and focused professional servicing multiple outlets and different types of service from la carte restaurant, bar and in-room dining.  Qualifications What we are looking for… An experienced Chef de Partie, preferably with knowledge and experience in Asian cuisine Ability to run your own busy section and remain cool under pressure Creativity for menu development and up-to-date knowledge of current food trends Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude Motivation, energy and drive with a passion to learn and grow within the business Experience using a Wok preferred Additional Information In return, we will offer you...
