This role requires you to move and live on the island at K'gari Beach Resort.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent higher education (a must-have!)
Food Safety Course (essential—because "safety first" is part of our culture!)
Flexibility to work across various shifts—because island life is full of surprises!
Advanced communication and organizational skills.
Time management skills that would impress even the busiest bees.
Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment—you know how to handle the heat!
