Chef De Partie

The Role: We are welcoming highly experienced candidates for the Chef de Partie position to thrive across all the sections at our Fine Dining Restaurant TAMA located in Fortitude Valley inside of the old GPO building.

The Skills: Hold relevant qualifications. At least a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working in a fine dining restaurant. Demonstrate motivation, commitment, and attention to detail. Effective communication skills with a growth mindset to continually learn and improve. Thrive in a high volume and high-pressure environment. Creative flair, passion, and strong knowledge of food production. High standards of cleanliness and hygiene. WHS, Food Safety and HACCP knowledge.
