This company are seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join an enthusiastic team of baking professionals with specialised Danish experience!
Responsibilities Assist in managing departmental costs Ensuring budget adherence Supporting product costing and profitability initiatives.
Produce high-quality food products Mastery in Danish pastry production, including laminating Danish, croissants, and donuts, is essential.
Maintain recipe accuracy Quality consistency Meet production schedules Provide direction to other chefs Allocate tasks Manage team productivity Train and supervise team members Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Ensure all staff are trained in food safety HACCP standards, and safe equipment handling Actively promote safe work practices.
About You Minimum of 2-4 year's experience in Danish pastry production Advanced baking and pastry skills, particularly in lamination techniques.
Strong leadership and organisational skills Able to train and guide team members effectively Comprehensive knowledge of ingredients, flavor combinations, and baking techniques.
