Your duties will include:
Managing a high volume of food production while keeping with Cliftons' quality standards.Overseeing and monitoring food deliveries, stock, costs, and equipment.Guiding casual kitchen staff.Providing exemplary customer service to our clients and delegates.What Type Of Person Will Be Successful To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking experience. You should be innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key requirements include:
