As a Chef de Partie, you will report directly to our Head Chef and collaborate with the talented Eatery Team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and delectable food to our student residents.
Your role will be crucial in upholding our high food standards, ensuring impeccable food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques, all in line with our established recipes and expectations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking an approachable and confident self-starter who is passionate about delivering consistent customer service and can be flexible to work alongside a growing business.
In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years previous kitchen experienceExperience within a buffet style environment is desired but not essentialGeneral knowledge of international cuisinesEnthusiasm and willingness to learnGreat attention to detailAbility to work in a high pressure, fast paced environmentWillingness to follow instructionABOUT US Scape's vision is to be the Earth's best living company.
