All food is made from scratch.Everything is considered here. We prepare and cook all our jams, condiments, relishes, pastries, pies and cakes. Our beverage offerings include micro roastery Reuben Hills coffee, Byron Bay organic Mayde Tea, cold pressed juices, local beers on tap, and Australian natural wines.Our sustainability mission is low waste. We use bio-compostable packaging. We have installed a closed loop compost system which manages 20kg of food waste daily. The property includes a UV filtered fresh water supply and a bio-wastewater system. We love our raised-bed kitchen gardens and mini fruit orchard, providing us access to fresh on-site fruit, edible flowers, and vegetables daily.THE ROLEWe are about real food and team culture.
