We are looking for like-minded, enthusiastic, and hardworking people to join our energetic team.We are a suburban fast-paced cafe with a small team. Working weekends and public holidays is required.Full-time opportunity in a busy business in Doubleview. Salary between $70,000 to $80,000.Applicant should be well qualified, and good communication skills are required.DESIRED SKILLS:Experienced and expertise in the kitchen as a CHEF/COOK.Efficiently managing time during busy hours.Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards.Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Collaborating with other chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff.Effectively conveying orders and instructions among kitchen staff.Understanding and meeting customer preferences and needs.Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.Designing and planning diverse and appealing menus.Understanding of food safety and kitchen hazard prevention.Working hours: Minimum of 38 hours per week. Also must have flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.
