Chef/Cook

We are looking for a full time Chef/Cook, experience in Indian Cuisine.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:

Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
Menu planning
Practices safe food handling techniques in food preparation and storage
Maintains a safe and sanitary kitchen, pantry, and storage areas
Keeps a daily record of menus

Who we're looking for
We're looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Experience in Indian Cuisine.
Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of foodservice
Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
Work cooperatively with staff and customers

Education & Experience:

Diploma/ Certificate IV /III in Hospitality
Demonstrated experience in a similar role is desirable.
