About Us: Taps is a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant known for its craft beers, delicious food, and great atmosphere.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with the restaurant's menu.
Ensure the kitchen is operating efficiently, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service.
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation practices.
Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or relevant role in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
