Live and work in paradise.We are seeking someone who is experienced, passionate, driven and who can lead a team.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Designing menus, calculating food, and procuring food suppliesSupervising dish quality throughout preparation and presentationConsulting with kitchen staff and servers about food preparation mattersDemonstrating methods and providing guidance on cooking techniquesPreparing and cooking mealsEducating on and ensuring compliance with hygiene standardsPerform other duties and responsibilities as required or requestedWHAT YOU NEED:Diploma or Advanced DiplomaA minimum of 2-3 years managerial experience working in a fast pace, high-volume restaurantGood communication skillsOutstanding customer relationsSalary Expectation: $70,000 to $90,000
