The Heritage Hotel Dorrigo in Dorrigo NSW is a restored and Heritage listed hotel.
We are looking for a full-time Chef/Cook.
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000
The Successful Candidate Will Perform The Following Duties:Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes.Maintain quality of food at all stages of food preparation.Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.Train other kitchen staff.Check food temperature and ensure it is safe.Work in a team environment.As and when required, work alongside the Head Chef and contribute towards the menu.Ability to work efficiently under pressure.Ability to work in line with budget.Qualification And Experience:Relevant trade qualification in Cookery.Minimum of 2 years' experience.Good communication skills.Applicants Should Contact:Stephen LockePh:
