Chef/Cook

Appeal Catering are mine site caterers located in Muswellbrook, and other strategic locations in Australia. We have a need for a full-time Chef/Cook. The position involves breakfast and dinner preparation and service for 45-50 people. The position requires an early start (3.30am to 12pm for breakfast and 11am to 7.30pm for dinner).The successful candidate must:have knowledge of recipes, menu writing, working with fresh produce, and bulk cooking.be experienced in buffet style service.have flair and imagination.be happy and get on with all walks of life.be able to manage staff, e.g., kitchen hands.be knowledgeable in food allergy requirements.be a qualified Chef and hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.work to our cleaning schedules and have proper food storage management skills.be hardworking and eager to please.Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per yearTo apply for this position, please email Belinda at with your full CV.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Shift workWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
