WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Tokyo Doll is looking for an experienced Chef / Cook to join our dynamic team. An amazing opportunity for the right person. This award-winning restaurant is looking for the perfect candidate to join the team. Live and work in paradise. We are seeking someone who is experienced, passionate, driven and who can lead a team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing menus, calculating food, and procuring food supplies Supervising dish quality throughout preparation and presentation Consulting with kitchen staff and servers about food preparation matters Demonstrating methods and providing guidance on cooking techniques Preparing and cooking meals Educating on and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested WHAT YOU NEED:
Diploma or Advanced Diploma A minimum of 2-3 years managerial experience working in a fast pace, high-volume restaurant Good communication skills Outstanding customer relations Salary Expectation: $70,000 to $80,000
