• Plan the menu and prepare tasty, fresh and wholesome food tailored to our customers
• Work to meet food-cost targets & other initiatives
• Be part of and lead a small team that works effectively together every day.
• Take ownership of the wellbeing of your peers, customers and others in the
• Cooking Breakfast, Crib, Lunch and Dinner meals for up to 100-150 guests
• Willing to work day and night shifts
• Experience working in a faced paced premium restaurant environment.
• Positive, self driven attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work lunch and dinner shifts, Monday to Saturday.
• Relevant qualifications and food safety certificate.
