Overview We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and the ability to lead a kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities Create innovative menus and recipes Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate food orders Ensure compliance with food safety regulations Manage kitchen inventory and control costs Supervise and train kitchen personnel Maintain a clean and organized cooking environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role Proficient in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food production and kitchen operations Strong understanding of food handling and management Culinary certification or degree is a plus Ability to supervise and motivate kitchen staff Familiarity with inventory control procedures Commitment to food safety standards Job Type : Full-time
