Chef - Busy Restaurant

Job Title: Chef – Busy RestaurantKnight Fuel Pty Ltd, a leading restaurant owner and operator in Rural Queensland, is seeking an experienced chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and oversee kitchen operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services on a rotational basis.Supervise the preparation of food, design specials and seasonal menus, and provide costings for new menu items.Develop and test new menu items, train staff on recipes and cooking methods, and oversee stock levels and supply coordination.Manage rosters, interview staff, and ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.Respond to customer dietary needs, train staff, and implement food safety and workplace safety procedures.Requirements:AQF Certificate IV or Diploma (minimum three years of experience may substitute formal qualification requirements).Compensation:$70,000 - $75,000 per annum + Superannuation.
Work Arrangement:Full-time, 38 hours per week.
