They will also be able to work independently and in a team environment, exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate information in a timely fashion.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include:Preparing meals in accordance to our elder's dietary requirements Presenting high quality dishes Maintaining a customer focused approach to service Adhering to e{ective and e{icient operations Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness Adhering to policies and procedures to maintain a safe hazard free workplace About You ...You will excel in your ability to manage time.
You will be self-motivatedwith a flexible, caring, patient attitude.
Your preparedness to work to the10 principles of the Eden Alternative philosophy, advantageous.QualificationsCertificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery Skills Proven track record working in accordance with various state based health regulations and the Food Safety Act.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency at catering for 200 plus people.
