Chef At Ostani Bar

We are seeking a skilled Chef to manage our kitchen and food preparation team at Ostani Bar & Restaurant in Hotel Realm. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a chef in a similar restaurant, with expertise in menu creation, food safety, and team management. Key responsibilities include preparing customer orders, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high-quality dishes. Additional duties may include leading stock takes, managing inventory, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety protocols, be able to select high-quality ingredients, and work efficiently during busy periods. Relevant qualifications are preferred, but 3 years of experience may be considered in their place. Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. The salary range is $70,000-$75,000.
