The RoleWe are seeking an experienced chef to manage our kitchen and food preparation team, ensuring efficient service and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare customer orders according to their requirementsAchieve high standards of food safety and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environmentSelect premium ingredients for optimal flavor and textureDevelop seasonal menus and adjust orders to meet changing demandsOversee inventory management and ensure timely restockingStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesDuties:Cook specialty dishes and assist with prep work as neededTake direction from senior staff and adapt to changing circumstancesMaintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing improvement initiativesParticipate in extra duties such as cleaning when requiredQualifications and RequirementsWe require relevant qualifications or 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of different food varieties and ingredients.
BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
