The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications or 3 years of experience as a chef in a similar restaurant. They will oversee menu curation, pre-planning, and food ordering, ensuring quality dishes are prepared and presented. Experience in managing a kitchen, upholding health and safety requirements, and studying industry trends is essential.
