LOCATION: The Coffee Club Mackay, The Coffee Club Canelands Cafe, The Coffee Club Canelands Riverfront

SALARY: $70,000 - $75,000 P/A

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and Train Kitchen staff. Ordering and stocking items as required. Ensure food safety documentation is filled in correctly. Daily Production of Menu items. Work closely with the team to ensure they are aware of the quality standards. Proactively participate in all Health & Safety Procedures. Report any maintenance issues that might cause a food safety breach. Check food for taste, freshness, and quality. Receive deliveries and check they meet food and safety requirements.
