As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through chat support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate and efficient customer service.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, exchanges, and any other inquiries they may have.3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.4. Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.3. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.5.
