Job Description:

J.C. Penney is seeking a passionate and energetic Chat Support Specialist to join our team and work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through chat support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate and efficient customer service.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, exchanges, and any other inquiries they may have.3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the J.C. Penney brand with excellence.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.3. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.5. Energetic personality with a positive attitude towards work and customers.6. Must have a computer with reliable internet connection for remote work.
