### Job Description:

As a Chat Support Specialist at Entergy, you will be the front line of our customer service operations, providing exceptional support to our clients through various digital communication channels. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring clarity and professionalism in communication.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of Entergy's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

- **Documentation:** Document all customer interactions meticulously within the company's CRM system, ensuring that all details are recorded accurately for future reference.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and provide insights to help improve our products, services, and customer experience.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training sessions and contribute to team meetings aimed at improving service efficiency and quality.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

### Requirements:

#### Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role.

#### Technical Skills:
